1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Secureburg platform at guard.secureburg.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including security professionals, security companies, and employers.

2. Description of the Platform

Secureburg is an online platform that allows security professionals ("Guards") to create verified professional profiles, store licenses and certifications, and connect with security companies and employers ("Employers") who are actively hiring. Employers may post job listings, search verified guard profiles, and manage applicants. Secureburg acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to any employment agreement between Guards and Employers.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information at all times
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Platform

4. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Create only one account per person or company
• Provide a valid email address and keep it up to date
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your login credentials with any third party

Secureburg reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe pose a security risk.

5. Identity Verification

Security professionals may submit government-issued identification documents for identity verification. By submitting such documents, you confirm that they are genuine, belong to you, and have not been altered. Providing false or fraudulent documents is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate authorities. Secureburg does not guarantee the accuracy of any verification and Employers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

6. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for all content you post, upload, or submit to the Platform. You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your profile or job listings
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Upload content that infringes any intellectual property rights
• Use the Platform to harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without our prior written consent
• Use automated tools or bots to access or interact with the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• Post job listings that violate applicable employment laws or are fraudulent

7. For Employers

Employers who use the Platform to post jobs or search for candidates agree to:

• Post only legitimate, legal job opportunities
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local employment and anti-discrimination laws
• Not use guard profile information for any purpose other than evaluating candidates for employment
• Obtain required business licenses and registrations before hiring security personnel
• Not contact security professionals for purposes unrelated to employment through the Platform

Secureburg reserves the right to verify company information and may require proof of business registration before approving an employer account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the Secureburg name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Secureburg and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without our express written permission. By posting content on the Platform, you grant Secureburg a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Platform.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Secureburg does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not verify the accuracy of information provided by users and are not responsible for the conduct, qualifications, or representations of any Guard or Employer. Any employment decisions made based on information found on the Platform are solely at the discretion of the Employer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secureburg and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of employment, loss of data, or loss of revenue. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed $100.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
